KNOXVILLE—Healthcare consulting and accounting firm Pershing Yoakley & Associates (http://www.pyapc.com/) has made a leadership gift to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Business Administration.
The gift will support the college’s technology and its Department of Accounting and Information Management. In recognition of the firm’s generous support, the college has named a classroom in the James A. Haslam II Business Building in its honor.
Founded in 1983 by two UT graduates, Pershing Yoakley & Associates is recognized as one of the nation’s largest healthcare consulting and accounting firms. The organization believes strongly in community stewardship through voluntary giving of its time, business acumen and financial resources for the benefit of the community.
